Due to current EU-tax law it is compulsory, that delegates for ConSoil in Austria have to identify their tax status. Depending on the tax status, the registration procedure differs. Therefore, in order to get registered, please clarify (with your financial department) which of the following categories applies to you. Please note that legal entities under public law (e.g. university, town, state, chamber of commerce, church, cooperative initiative) might not be eligible to input tax deduction although they have a VAT-ID!
