Speakers/presenters in a Special Session (SpS) have "regular" delegate status. Students and poster presenters have to pay delegate fee at handing out the name badge on-site in Milano if their status is not proved by (by student's ID or so), or their poster is not shown.

For cancellations of registration received before 18 April 2008, 80% of the total fee will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 18 April 2008. In this case, proceedings will be mailed to the participant after the conference. All refunds will be handled after the conference.

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of Euro 40 will then be charged.

All payments should be made in Euro without bank charges to the organizers. No responsibility is taken by the organisers for unexpected modifications in the programme.
